So I figured out that whoever invented daylight savings time obviously didn't have any kids. Because the concept of my boys going to bed when it's daylight outside is not going over so well.
This is Chase approximately 30 minutes after his regular bedtime tonight. (Sidenote: If you click on the picture to enlarge it, you can see his two bottom teeth that have popped up recently... so cute!)
And this is Braedyn jamming out to The Wiggles at 2 minutes before his bedtime tonight.
So ummm, yeah... there's no chance in hell of getting these two boys down by 7:00 pm in the near future. They seriously refuse to get tired until there is no more daylight shining in their windows. Apparently, I'm the only one that can (and wants to) close the blinds and be asleep in 5 minutes, regardless of what time of day it is.
Here is one more cute picture of Ben and Little Chasey. I'm not sure what I love more... Chase's out-of-control hair or those ginormous cheeks!
However, I guess I can't really complain too much about the boys' later bedtime, because the heavens did actually shine down upon me this week. Here's the proof...
That's right people... my wine went on sale this week at Publix. This makes for a Happy Patty. And No, the top of my fridge is not usually that dust-free. Since I can't have my wine rack out (due to two little monsters running around the house), I decided to go all out and actually wipe clean the top of my fridge before storing my wine up there. You know how it is... only the best for my first true love!!

I'm not happy about DST, either. It's now 9:52 p.m. and both girls are wide awake. Thier bedtimes are 8 and 8:30... I just know I'm going to have problems getting them up in the morning!
Yesterday there was an accident on the 408, 417, 429 and I-4 West and East bound! I'm guessing it is all due to people falling asleep at the wheel due to DST! Total nonsense!
Gettin Jordan to bed at her usual bedtime- 7:30pm has been a challenge for me as well. To bad I don't drink wine. LOL... Chase is adorable. I dig the cheeks.
wow, how long is it staying light out already there? those pics are adorable though :). yay for the wine - i've enjoyed a bottle or two of that brand in the past. have fun with it :)
