I commend you for your speedy shipping and getting this large package to me within just a few days. The only thing that would have made this a 5-star purchase is if you would have actually remembered to include the hardware package with this product. You see, the hardware package includes important things such as screws, fasteners and doorknobs. How do you expect me to put this damn kitchen together when you forget to include the most important part of the product?!?
While I will still remain a fan of your products for children, I will tell you that you are damn lucky this is not happening to me on Christmas Eve. Please pay more attention to detail when packaging these products... as I am having a very difficult time explaining to my toddler that the stove burner isn't actually supposed to come loose, it's just that I have no screws to hold it in place. Now ship my friggin' hardware package to me - ASAP!!!

The only thing that could have topped this whole experience is if I could have been there to see the look on your guys faces, lmao....or how you were going to explain to my little nephew that his gourmet kitchen just wasn't going to be happening. LOL!!!
