There's More to Life than Milk?!?

We are starting to introduce solid foods to Braedyn... and this has got to be the funniest thing yet. Watching his facial expressions and mouth movements as he discovers this new stuff he's never tasted before is just oh-so-cute!! And of course, one more opportunity to take a gazillion more photos!!

We started with rice cereal, and tried that a couple times over the last week, but he was not liking that too much, as you can see by his wonderful face in the picture below.

After he kept making his "this stuff is making me gag" face, we decided to try something new, and switched to sweet potatoes. He really liked the sweet potatoes, especially once he figured out how to eat them. So we'll try the potatoes for a few days, and then introduce another new food.

Since I am the most pickiest eater ever, Ben is determined to make sure that little Braedyn likes ALL kinds of foods. Of course, he might be singing a different tune once he takes over feeding duties on his nights. =)

I am so crackig up over here. My poor little nephew...he looks like he is going to spew that stuff out in that bottom pic, lol. If Ben wants Braedyn to like ALL kinds of food ask Ben to taste test the food first......he might cut Braedyn some slack after tasting that stuff, lmao. Give my nephew a big hug and kiss for me :o)

How Funny!! Sweet Potatoes used to be Jordan's favorite. Your smart though, introducing the veggies before the fruit. You must be reading your book. ha-ha. He doesn't look like he was digging the rice cereal. I don't blame him. He is such a little man. Very Cute!!!

Feeding time can't be as much fun as it used to be. Braedyn doesn't need to talk to let you know what he thinks. Just look at those eyes!
He is precious.

Once he gets constipated with all this adult food just add a little apple sauce to his cereal and that will do the trick. Unclogs all the pluming. HA. He is adorable. Advice from a motherly kind. Connie T.
