Braedyn had his 9 month (really 10 month) well-visit this morning. He got an A+ from his doctor today. What an exceptional Little Boy!! He received two shots today, and afterwards he fake-cried for about 10 seconds, then was smiling again... imagine that.
Here are his stats at 10 months of age: 20 lb. 4 oz (50th percentile); 28 inches (50th percentile); and 8 teeth (4 top and 4 bottom). He is babbling all the time now and makes the following sounds: dada, kaka, baba, and gaga. Yup, just about everything but 'mama'. Hmmm...
Here is a picture of him crawling (with a play toy in his mouth). He is becoming very active, and crawls all over the place. Calvin & Hobbes liked him a whole lot more when he wasn't so mobile.
And the latest technique he has perfected... pulling himself up to a stand. As Ben and I were getting ready to sit down for dinner last night, I went in to check on Braedyn, thinking he should be close to falling asleep at that time, and THIS is what I saw when I walked in his room:
Apparently the Little Boy wasn't ready for bedtime yet. =) Now Ben and I have to try to teach him how to get down from that standing position. That should be a hoot!!

Yeah, you better start putting that safety gate up. I just realized by the picture that Jordan has the same crib. Well, now she using the full size bed part of it. Great minds think alike. Just wait until he figures out how to climb out of it. Jordan would climb over the end part of the crib and slide down. Very creative. It wasn't very long after that she transitioned into the toddler bed. Best of luck!
My little nephew is too darn adorable. I remember when Montana would put books in his mouth all the time and walk around. And wow, i can't believe that it has been almost a year since he was born. Enjoy every second cuz time flies. I still can't believe Montana is 3 and in pre-K already.....wahhhhhhhhhhhh!
