Yup, that's right, only 3 1/2 weeks left (or possibly less). Sheeezzz, where did the time go. I mean, even though it seems like I've been pregnant for a year already, I can't believe the end is almost here. I think I've got everything ready except for packing my hospital bag and sterilizing the bottles. Really though, just packing my hospital bag. I already fully intend to call up my mom while I'm in the hospital and have her come over and sterilize the bottles for me. Yes, I am that pathetic to have already thought that out. =)
I keep trying to psych myself up for the endless nighttime feedings. Everytime I get up to relieve my bladder in the middle of the night, I imagine what it'll be like to be feeding the baby at that time. But before you know it, I'm already back in bed and asleep before I can finish out that thought process. That's probably not a good sign, huh?
Baby Chase's movements are much more pronounced now and are quite bothersome. I know there isn't alot of room in there, but give Momma a break and stop punching my bladder!!! He moves around so much, I sometimes think that he is trying to escape. He is already in the "head down" position, which puts his butt right up in my ribs. That's always a pleasant feeling when he rolls from side to side. There is one little thing that I can rave about though. And that is that I am in week 36 and I can still wear my wedding rings. This is a huge thing for me... one, because I love my rings, and two, because I had to take my rings off around week 24 during my first pregnancy. So I'm quite proud of this fact, even if nobody else is. haha.
And last but not least, I finally had to ghetto-fy (yes, it's a word, just go with it) Braedyn's bed. After finding him on the floor pillows night after night, I had to break down and take the nice, wood siderail off and replace it with this fabulous, white plastic one. The good news - it extends down most of the bed, allowing just enough room for Braedyn to climb out. The bad news - well... just look at the picture.

Hey if it was in the front yard for everybody to see then worry but if it works go for it. He will be coming in at midnight before you no it and won't even be able to find the bed. HA.
