After numerous nights of battling over whose turn it was to use the computer, I finally talked Ben into getting me a laptop for the house. After finding one that would suit our needs, we waited out the price and finally caught a good deal on it. I smiled at the thought of hiding out from everyone, lounging back in my own comfy bed, and getting uninterrupted computer and blogging time. All my dreams were about to come true... or so I thought.
Last night as I settled in to enjoy my laptop time, I was just getting comfortable when a little creature discovered my whereabouts and decided to join me.
The boys start their new daycare tomorrow, so I'll probably be a nervous wreck all day at work... wondering how they are doing and hoping things are going well. I'm sure they will be fine, but I gotta get through the first couple days before I can really set my mind at ease. I haven't taken many pictures lately, which is probably because I've been consumed with the daycare transition and have been sick off and on. But I did find two to share with you.
Last week, I was standing in the kitchen wiping the counter down when I heard a noise and looked out through the french doors. I saw the pool water moving alot and was wondering what the heck had caused that type of movement. I walked out there and this is what I saw...
After getting out of the pool one afternoon, I towel-dried Braedyn's hair and it ended up sticking up all over the place. So I styled it a little bit and gave him this fabulous rocker look.
Chasey is still doing well with his walking. Whenever he walks, he puts his two little hands out in front of him for balance and holds them there the whole time. He seriously looks like Frankenstein - with a huge grin! It's so hilarious. We're trying to get him used to walking with shoes on, but that's still a work-in-progress. I'll have to get more video footage posted of his walking, the Frankenstein look is fabulous!

Spencer loves the laptop! But he never wants to see any videos, he wants to pound the keys and figure out how to get the thing in his mouth! But congrats on getting a new one...I'm itching for one with more space, as mine is only about 4 years old and archaic!
Poor Ben...but you're right, seeing it live would have been better!
Must see video of Chase-enstein!
