First Casualty of Fall Season

And that award goes to "Worst Week". They should've named this "Worst Show". I'm not sure why I chose to add this show to my fall listing, but I had high hopes for it. Those hopes went out the window 15 minutes into the season premiere. That is when Ben and I just looked at each other and were like "huh? this crap isn't funny!". We deleted the show (without watching the second half) and removed it from our DVR recording list.

This show is on during the timeslot after Two and a Half Men (which is a truly funny show). But my question is, how in the heck did "Worst Week" replace "Rules of Engagement" in this timeslot? I'm baffled by this as RoE is probably one of the funniest comedy shows on television. I haven't heard anything about it being cancelled, so I can only hope that it will come back on after "Worst Week" gets the ax. And by the looks of it, that shouldn't take long at all. So here's to hoping that RoE comes back on primetime very soon.

And speaking of Fall TV, what's with Thursday night's schedule? Am I the only one in a panick since the season premieres are running 1-2 hours long, which causes a major conflict with my DVR trying to record Survivor, Grey's Anatomy, and The Office?!? This stuff is causing me too much stress!!

I need to go sleep off some of this stress from the Fall TV Season. I'll leave you with a message from Baby Chase... this is my favorite onesie of his. After he outgrows it, I'm going to frame the onesie and hang it on the wall, because I'm pretty sure this statement will be true for the next 18 years. =)~

I am so with you on Thursday night's TV lineup! What's with all the shows being on at the same time? I've also got My Name is Earl and ER to try and watch, plus the ones you mentioned.

Cute onesie!

I am over the long premieres...my poor DVR is ready to go on strike!

I saw a review for that Worst Week and they pretty much said it sucked so I didn't bother. Imagine that a review that was actually accurate!

I have about 4 shows to watch and no motivation, mostly because watching with Tim means he has to ask questions or put his two cents in and that drives me BANANAS!

Chase..so cute!
