Braedyn took his first trip to the zoo this weekend. I don't think he quite realized what was going on, that's why the theme park trips won't happen for another 1-2 years. You gotta get your money's worth!! Once the animals started moving around, then he would focus in on them and watch them. But up until that point, he probably thought he was just going for another walk in the park. haha. Here's some pictures (click on picture to enlarge):
Braedyn and Mommy watching the giant elephant. There were two elephants, but the other one was throwing dirt on himself. So we tried to focus on the *clean* one. =)

This kangaroo was laying down, all spread out on his back... which didn't make for a very enjoyable view. But he finally propped himself up and posed for us.
And how do you resist the "photo opportunity" picture area? He did good for these photos. I think he was impressed with the fact that he could look through the hole and see Daddy on the other end. It doesn't take much to impress him!
And by the end of the day, errr... two hours, Braedyn was pooped! This is his "I'm so sleepy and over this place, let's go already" look. He was sound asleep before we drove out of the zoo!
