Today is the day that I have officially lost every single bit of the 35 lbs of pregnancy weight that I put on while pregnant with Chase. Why is this a big deal and worthy of blog material? Well, Braedyn was 10 months old when I became pregnant with Chase, and at that time I was still struggling to lose the last 5 lbs of the whopping 40 lbs I put on during that pregnancy. So to lose all of this pregnancy weight in a little over 3 months is a very proud moment for me.Now the real struggle is trying to lose those extra 10 lbs by the end of the year to get down to my true goal weight. You know, those damn 10 lbs that consist of 5 lbs from first pregnancy and 5 lbs that crept on after getting married. And not only that, but there's also the huge struggle with trying to get my body back in shape. Because even though you may lose all the pregnancy weight, your body is soooo not what it used to look like pre-pregnancy; thus, making it quite tough to fit into your old clothes. So this should prove to be quite a challenge, especially with the holidays fast approaching. So wish me luck...
In other news, Chase has decided that he will sporadically wake up after a 4, 5, 6 or 7 hour stretch of sleep at night just to keep Mommy on her toes... because nothing can be easy when it comes to this child's sleep patterns. And unfortunately last night was a 4-hour night... definitely not fun when I've had a taste of the 6+ hour stretch of sleep. And also not fun since I have to drag myself out of my warm, cozy bed, because it is downright freezing here in Florida. The temperature dropped to 47 degrees the last two nights, which (in case you didn't know) is freezing by Florida standards. I mean, how the heck is a native Floridian supposed to survive in this weather? It's a good thing I've mastered the art of shopping online... so I can still perform my favorite hobby and stay nice & warm at the same time. {{insert picture of Ben cringing as he reads that last line}}

Congrats on losing all of your baby weight! Kaiden is darn near 1 and I still have 10 to go...sigh. But in my defense, I did gain a whopping 60 lbs with him! Yeah I know, what the heck was I eating?!?
Oh well, congrats again!
Congratulations.
I did the same thing after having 2 boys. My name is Miranda and thought about sharing my story with the world for a long time. It’s going to take a lot for me to really share this, but I feel that if I can do it, you can do it too. I’m a normal mom from the Midwest, I have 2 normal kids and a mostly normal husband. What makes me different is that I held myself accountable for my own weight loss, set goals for my weight loss, and ultimately lost all the baby weight I had accumulated from having 2 little boys in 2 years.

Congrats Patty! A true accomplishment! I am so jealous, but you can be an inspiration to me. I lost 30 of the 50 lbs I put on with the twins, but I'm at a standstill. And once I get these last 20 off, I can start to work on the other 30 that crept on over the last few years of being uber-lazy! haha. You look great, congrats! And when you are stressing in the middle of the night as Chase cries after only sleeping for 5 hours...remember, it could be worse. It could be 2 months ago!
Oh girl...why do I know there will never be a post by me like this!! Congrats on the weight loss, that is quite a feat you luck bitch!
