Braedyn's New Playmate

We visited Grammy Wormeck this weekend, which also means Braedyn got in some playtime with Grammy's corgi dog, Mickey. Mickey used to be a little jealous of Braedyn since all of Grammy's attention would go to Braedyn. But now, I think he's finally accepted the fact that he has to let someone else have the limelight every now and then. haha.

In the above picture, Mickey kept wanting to pick up Braedyn's toys and play with them. He was a little confused as to why he couldn't have the toys. As you can see, Braedyn is oblivious to the whole thing. Well, either that or he's trying to quickly grab his toys before Mickey gets a hold of them. And if that's the case, then I guess it's time for us to start working on the whole "sharing" thing...

This is a nice family portrait of Grammy, Mickey and Braedyn. I was trying to get a picture of Braedyn looking at Mickey, but everytime Braedyn saw the flash light on the camera, he turned towards the camera so he could pose. I guess I maybe, possibly, by chance trained him too well to smile for the camera, huh?!

And this is my favorite picture. I call this the "Mickey/Braedyn Stare Down". So cute... Braedyn will reach out to touch Mickey when he's close to him, just like he does with the kitties. The only problem is that instead of petting, he ends up grabbing. And as you can imagine, that doesn't go over all too well with the pets. But with this very intimidating stare of Braedyn's, Mickey should probably just roll over and let Braedyn grab at his hair as much as he wants.
